Quiet the noise
and come back to what feels good.
Start your journey today and get back to being you
About the program
Unwind
Chronic stress, even at a low level, creates tension and pain in the body. Slow down, quiet your mind, and release what doesn't serve you anymore
Clear the noise
When we are calm we can observe our thoughts and feelings with clarity. When we are stressed everything feels overwhelming and urgent. Clear the confusion and reconnect with your intuition
Find what feels good
Chronic stress leaves you feeling depleted, irritable, and overwhelmed. Shift out of fight or flight with these 20 minute practices and reconnect with who you are when you feel safe
Build focus
With time + breathe we slow down thoughts and train ourselves to come back to calm. A regular practice lets you detach from everyday stressors and focus on what is most important to you
Release
Over time you'll start to notice patterns with the inner voice in your head. Turning inward and keeping the body calm can help us process emotions held in the body and release old habits and even tension
Find joy
You can't truly connect when you're stressed. Deepen your relationships when you integrate self awareness with mindfulness practices so you can connect fully and consciously

Part 1 Body Scan Meditation
length: 17:07 minutes
Expect to bring awareness to places of holding, release tension, and feel more at ease in your body by the end. I teach this practice often at the end of my yoga classes

Part 2 Breath Meditation
length: 19:33 minutes
Expect to observe the energetic flow of breath, connect with subtle changes in posture so you can breathe deeper, and to feel more relaxed and focused by the end

Part 3 Release Meditation
Release meditation
length: 18:32 minutes
Expect to relax, find clarity, and release what you don’t want to carry anymore
